The Fiery red berry flavours from the Sidamo mixed with the chocolate tones of the Brazilian produce an astonishing syrupy fruitiness with a deep strong acidity reminiscent of a hearty red wine. It packs quite a punch and is exquisite as an espresso and peculiarly interesting and pungent with milk.
Using 19grams in a VST basket, extract 38 grams of espresso for a black coffee and 42 grams for a milk-based beverage in 30 seconds. Taste red wine, berry syrup with cranberries, mulberries and blue berries. Enjoy both as a black coffee beverage and with milk.
